4. Client Responsibilities.

5. Payment Terms.

All fees are quoted in INR (unless otherwise stated) and are exclusive of GST and other taxes. Payments are due as per the agreed schedule. Late payments may attract interest at 1.5% per month. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment.

6. Intellectual Property Rights.

All content, designs, graphics, logos, and materials on the Webtrixy website are protected intellectual property.

7. Third-Party Platforms & Tools.

Webtrixy uses third-party platforms and tools to deliver services efficiently. These platforms operate under their own policies

  • Google, Meta, hosting providers, and AI tools have independent terms
  • Webtrixy is not responsible for third-party platform changes or downtime.

8. No Guarantees / Results Disclaimer.

We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic volumes, leads, sales, or ROI due to factors beyond our control (search engine algorithms, competition, market changes, etc.). Services are provided on a best-effort basis following industry standards and ethical practices.

9. Limitation of Liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Webtrixy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding 6 months.

10. Termination.

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice as per the agreed notice period (usually 30 days). Upon termination, you remain liable for fees for services already rendered. We may terminate immediately for non-payment or material breach.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram, Haryana.

12. Force Majeure.

We are not liable for delays or failure due to events beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, etc.).

13. Changes to Terms.

We may revise these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted here with a revised "Last Updated" date.
